Returns and Exchanges Policy for The Printed Products ( Mugs, Arts, Printed T-Shirt...):
RETURNS POLICY:
The Printed Products ( printing T-Shirts or customized Products...) are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, If a product arrived damaged or flawed due to some manufacturing error, We will happily offer a refund (or free replacement including shipping) of the damaged item. Make sure to reach out to merchant support within 7 days of product delivery in the United State, or 30 days (for international orders) of the damaged product delivery. Please get in touch with our team via email info@jdailymarket.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
CANCELLATIONS:
A placed order can be canceled without any problems if the order hasn’t been sent to production yet. If the product is already in production, that means that data and money have already been transferred to the print provider. However, our support team is happy to contact the procedure and attempt to cancel the order (for a refund). Please get in touch with our team via email info@jdailymarket.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue. We will do our best to prevent waste. However, there are no guarantees once an item has entered the production process.
